We’re pleased to introduce our referral program to friends and colleagues. The program offers an opportunity for anyone, personal or corporate, to either earn a commission for each referral or save on your next project with ShadowPeak Design. The referral is worth 10% of the total amount invoiced for the first project we produce for the referred client. That means 10% of our income on the first project goes directly into your pocket.

Here’s the fine print:

• If you refer a new client to ShadowPeak Design and that referral turns into a project for ShadowPeak Design then we will pay you a commission based on the total amount of that project.
• The commission is worth 10% of the total amount of the first project we complete and invoice for the referred client.
• The payment will be made after ShadowPeak Design is paid for the completed project.
• In order to be eligible for a commission:
  • The referral must be business related. For example, if you happen to introduce a potential client or employee of a potential client to an employee from ShadowPeak Design at a dinner party and that relationship eventually becomes business related, you will not be eligible for commission. The referral must be explicitly for ShadowPeak Design’s services and not based on personal introductions that have no business context.
  • If you have referred a client to us, let us know and we will inquire with the client to verify the referral. The referred client must be able to confirm that they were referred by you. If they cannot verify the claim, we cannot pay a commission.
• You cannot claim any commission on income earned from the relationship on an ongoing basis. Commission is only paid on the first project resulting from the referral.
• No limit on the amount of referrals you can refer to ShadowPeak Design.  The more referrals you send and we complete, the more cash in your pocket!
