About the Creative Director

Sometimes you know what you want to do with your life at a young age. One of those times was with Glen German. Born in New Jersey and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Glen’s rounded perspective began development during high school. After high school, Glen developed the skill of communicating through design while in the United States Army as an Intelligence Analyst. While working with Improvised Explosive Devices, Glen discovered his ability to communicate important details through good design and a website to disseminate the information.

After the Army, Glen refined his skills at the Art Institutes studying Advertising and Graphic Design. There, Glen found his style which was influenced by Japanese woodblock prints, ukiyo-e (literally translated into “pictures of the floating world”), Postcubist Modernism, Constructivism, and Minimalism. All of these styles of language offer an emotional response with a clean, powerful, and effective design.

After schooling, Glen left for the corporate world, working with small businesses and helping them grow. His first job was with a real estate technology company that was on the verge of collapse when he arrived. After two years later and continued growth, the company was sold for $10 Million at the beginning of the real estate collapse. Next, Glen went to work for a small gourmet specialty foods manufacturer, in which he focused his efforts on their ecommerce platform. With his understanding of online marketing and communicative design, the company continued to see good growth during the recession.

In 2010, Glen left the corporate world to bring his efforts to small and medium sized companies around the Seattle, Washington area and around the United States.
